Bob and Dan are always friendly and thorough in discussing the problem and the recommended repair. Recently, they worked with my extended warranty company to save me over $400 on replacement of front shocks and struts. No one likes paying a big car repair bill but it is great to know we can count on the guys at Gateway to get the job done quickly and right! Highly recommend Gateway Auto Repair. Very professional and honest. I previously spent a few thousand dollars and many trips to other mechanics trying to get a suspension problem fixed, but never was able to get the problem fixed.
