When you need help with your car, even if it is just a dead battery, you need help now not later. Gateway is always busy but they some how manage to make you feel as if you are their only customer. I had just had a new battery installed by AAA after being stranded in the cold, and there was a discrepancy with the drain reading. I called Bob and he immediately know that they had messed up the test and told me to bring the car in. Gateway had the knowledge and right equipment to do a thorough test and found that the AAA tech had indeed messed up... the drain was 0.03 mA versus the 2.8A that AAA had reported.
