I had a rattle underneath my car, I called Gateway, and they had me come in the next day to check it out. The had me come in this morning to fix it. They were done in about an hr and 1/2, Everyone there is very nice and helpful, they really listen to your concerns. I am one satisfied customer, highly recommend .
