We had the drivers side window regulator replace on my wife's VW beetle at Gateway and they did a real nice job on it. Everything worked like it should when they were finished it took about 3 hours to do it. Everybody was friendly it seems like a nice and clean independent repair shop that I would recommend to anybody. - Robert C.

The wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee rear window malfunctioned and I was put of town. Gateway offered to drive her back to the house after she dropped off the car and pick her up when the window was fixed. This place is GREAT. The customer service is very good. The people are very nice. Very well decorated lounge, too, and a very clean restroom.

The prices were very reasonable and the times were very quick: $440 to change all tires (including labor and tax) in an hour and a half + 3 hours to order the tires (you can do that from the comfort of your house), $45 for light change in 30 mins, and they didn't charge me for labor to change the windshield wipers.

I've been there twice now, and I was very satisfied both times. I plan to go back with any further maintenance in the future. - Sari M.
