I had a wicked rattle and noise coming from the front wheel area... the Gateway guys quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken strut mount and gave me a range of options from replacing both front mounts and struts, to just replacing the broken strut mount. I really appreciated the estimates for the different options so I could make the best chioce. Noise and rattle are gone and I am confident that the vehicle is safe to operate. When my air conditioning Evaporator Core needed to be replaced I discovered it was a very labor intensive task that many shops do not want to perform. Bob and his crew scheduled my car in quickly and set to work fixing the issue. Their price was good and their time to resolution for such a complicated task was excellent. AC is working great.
