I had a wicked rattle and noise coming from the front wheel area... the Gateway guys quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken strut mount and gave me a range of options from replacing both front mounts and struts, to just replacing the broken strut mount. I really appreciated the estimates for the different options so I could make the best chioce. Noise and rattle are gone and I am confident that the vehicle is safe to operate. This repair garage continues to exceed my expectations. Every small detail is check closely. They have always completed a safety check of my TOTAL vehicle each time I leave. The 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty is the best in the area..however, I have never had any problem while traveling with my Suburban. When my air conditioning Evaporator Core needed to be replaced I discovered it was a very labor intensive task that many shops do not want to perform. Bob and his crew scheduled my car in quickly and set to work fixing the issue. Their price was good and their time to resolution for such a complicated task was excellent. AC is working great. Who knew you would have to take the car 1/2 way apart to fix a simple AC coil, sure am glad Gateway does not shy away from the difficult repairs. - Doug F.
