Because they were just around the corner from my house and I  could bring it in the same day I took my car in to have it repaired. The wipers wouldn't shut off. I was called and told how much it would be to repair and that they would have it completed by the end of the day. The work was done on time and they called me to say my car was ready. Gateway is right around the corner from my house to that's a big plus, was looking for a good local mechanic and relied on the yelp reviews for this one. Turns out my car problem was a little too extensive and costly to fix but I appreciate that Gateway gave me an honest opinion about it. They were very friendly and prompt and very apologetic about the extent of the issue I was having with my car even though it wasn't their fault at all. We had the drivers side window regulator replace on my wife's VW beetle at Gateway and they did a real nice job on it. Everything worked like it should when they were finished it took about 3 hours to do it. The wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee rear window malfunctioned and I was put of town. Gateway offered to drive her back to the house after she dropped off the car and pick her up when the window was fixed. This place is GREAT. The customer service is very good. The people are very nice. Very well decorated lounge, too, and a very clean restroom.

The prices were very reasonable and the times were very quick: $440 to change all tires (including labor and tax) in an hour and a half + 3 hours to order the tires (you can do that from the comfort of your house), $45 for light change in 30 mins, and they didn't charge me for labor to change the windshield wipers.

I've been there twice now, and I was very satisfied both times. I plan to go back with any further maintenance in the future. - Sari M.
